Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an HGV 1 (C+E) vehicle for general haulage, transporting goods to various locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company requirements.
- Comply with all legal, health, and safety regulations, including driver hours and tachograph regulations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Provide excellent customer service while delivering goods, ensuring that items are handled with care.
- Assist with loading and unloading as required.
Requirements:
- A valid HGV 1 (C+E) licence and CPC qualification.
- Previous experience in general haulage or similar driving roles.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
